Legal tech is deeply embedded in our firm’s DNA. As early as 2010, we were involved in the founding of one of the first start-ups for the enforcement of air passenger rights in Germany. Since then, we have continuously developed our legal, information technology and practical know-how in this area and are now specialised in efficient litigation as well as comprehensive advice on legal tech services.
The digital transformation has fundamentally changed our everyday work as lawyers. Due to our firm’s focus on IT law, we started digitising our work processes at an early stage. As a result, we have successfully conducted over 100,000 proceedings before local courts, regional courts and higher regional courts and, last but not least, before the European Court of Justice.
Moreover, this way of working enables us to handle a large number of proceedings simultaneously. In 2022, for example, we handled over 30% of all proceedings at some courts. Our powerful team is thus able to cost-effectively enforce supposedly small claims – and not just in air passenger law.
