Sebastian Biere

Sebastian Biere is a co-founder of the law firm JBB Rechtsanwälte and has been admitted to the Berlin bar since 1999.

As a specialist in intellectual property law, he is primarily active in the field of unfair competition law. He advises companies of different industries and sizes on the development of new forms of advertising and business models, and represents them in competition disputes, including injunction proceedings as well as main proceedings.

Since 2014, he has been working on the optimization of legal work processes to conduct lawsuits with small amounts in dispute in a cost-efficient manner. Over 100,000 court proceedings have been conducted already using these processes.

Another focus of Sebastian Biere’s work is corporate law. He assists company formations, advises on restructuring, and on the purchase and sale of companies. In doing so, he can draw on personal management experience. In recent years, he has accompanied numerous transactions in the new media sector.
