Martin Michel

Martin Michel was admitted to the Berlin Bar in 2012 and has worked for JBB since then.

Martin Michel is part of JBB’s legal tech team with a focus on technology-enabled prosecution of copyright infringements and enforcement of air passenger rights. Martin Michel regularly conducts first and second instance proceedings throughout Germany and regularly handles cases before the ECJ.

Martin Michel studied law at the Free University of Berlin with a focus on commercial and corporate law.

Before beginning his legal clerkship, Martin Michel worked as a clerk in the service of the Petitions Committee of the German Bundestag.

Martin Michel completed his legal clerkship at the Berlin Court of Appeal with stations in a large German law firms specializing in IT, copyright, media and trademark law as well as in business, commercial and corporate law.
