Thorsten Feldmann
Thorsten Feldmann has been an lawyer since 2000 and a partner of JBB since 2001.
Studies in Saarbrücken, Cologne (1st state examination 1995) and Los Angeles (UCLA, LL.M. 1996). Legal clerkship in Berlin (2nd state exam 2000) with stations at Medienanstalt Berlin-Brandenburg (mabb), Linklaters and Morgan Lewis (New York). He has been a specialist lawyer for copyright and media law since 2007.
Thorsten Feldmann advises German and international companies in the areas of technology, media and communications.
In addition to operational advice, a particular focus is the legal design and defense of digital products and business models. Furthermore, he has decades of expertise in copyright law as well as media and press law and law of publication.
Thorsten Feldmann is vice-chairman of @kit, Bayreuther Arbeitskreis für IT – Neue Medien – Recht e.V. (Bayreuth Working Group for IT – New Media – Law).
