Katharina Wagener

Katharina Wagener was admitted to the bar in 2013 and has been working for JBB since 2026.

Her work focuses on the database-supported enforcement of air passenger rights, particularly compensation claims under Regulation (EC) No. 261/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 February 2004.

Following her law studies and legal traineeship, which included periods in Berlin and California (USA), she initially worked in litigation, representing aggrieved investors in disputes with banks and distributors. Prior to joining JBB, she practiced law at a boutique firm specializing in financial sector regulatory law.

In addition to her legal practice, Katharina Wagener volunteers as a deputy branch manager for the Weißer Ring e.V. in Berlin-Pankow.
