Susanna Ott has been working as a lawyer for JBB since 2024.
The focus of her work is on the database-supported enforcement of air passenger rights, in particular compensation claims under Regulation (EC) No. 261/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of February 11, 2004.
Prior to joining JBB, Susanna Ott worked as a policy advisor at the German Federal Foreign Office.
She studied law in Berlin and Ireland, graduating in 2017. She then participated in the double master’s program “Comparative Studies of German, European and Chinese Law” at Tongji University in Shanghai.
During her legal clerkship at the Berlin Court of Appeal, Susanna Ott worked at the legal department of Berlin-Brandenburg Broadcasting (rbb) and the German Chamber of Commerce in London.
