Hanna Junghans

Hanna Junghans was admitted to the Berlin bar in 2024 and has been working for JBB since then.

The focus of her work is the database-supported enforcement of air passenger rights, in particular compensation claims under Regulation (EC) No 261/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 February 2004.

Hanna Junghans studied law in Berlin and Grenoble, France, until 2019.

Following this, Hanna Junghans worked as a clerk at the Federal Ministry of Justice and Consumer Protection and in a major commercial law firm.

During her legal clerkship at the Berlin Court of Appeal, Hanna Junghans worked in the fields of criminal law and private international law. Among other things, she worked for a law firm in Palma de Mallorca.
