Martin Jaschinski was admitted to the Berlin Bar in 1997. After working for three years in a boutique law firm focused on administrative law, he participated in the founding of the law firm JBB Rechtsanwälte in 1999, where he has been a partner ever since.

He supports large and medium-sized companies in the areas of advertising, market positioning and market development. This includes

  • legal support for advertising appearances and campaigns,
  • strategic advice and representation after attacks by competitors or associations.

Additionally, he defends market positions through out-of-court and in-court actions against unlawful market practices by other companies.

His clients include telecommunications companies, energy suppliers, companies in the pharmaceutical industry and advertising agencies.

Martin Jaschinski has been listed as a “frequently recommended” lawyer in JUVE’s industry ranking in the area of competition law since 2007. Since 2016, JUVE has ranked him among the “leading names in competition law”.
