Franziska Wilke has been working for JBB since 2026.
Her work focuses on the database-supported enforcement of air passenger rights, particularly compensation claims under Regulation (EC) No. 261/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 February 2004.
Franziska Wilke studied law at the University of Potsdam where she specialized in media and business law. During the time of her studies, she worked at a renowned media law firm in Berlin.
After passing her first state examination, Franziska Wilke worked as a research assistant at a legal tech firm specializing in insurance law until she began her legal traineeship.
During her traineeship at the Berlin Court of Appeal, she completed placements at the Berlin Regional Court and at a law firm specializing in tenancy and medical law.
