Eduardo Köwitz Arroyo

Eduardo Köwitz Arroyo was admitted to the Berlin bar in 2024 and has been working for JBB since then.

The focus of his work lies in the database-supported enforcement of air passenger rights, particularly compensation claims under Regulation (EC) No. 261/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 February 2004.

Eduardo Köwitz Arroyo studied law at the Free University of Berlin, specializing in European and international law.

After completing his first state examination, Eduardo Köwitz Arroyo worked at an internationally oriented law firm in Madrid and subsequently as a legal advisor for a construction company.

During his legal clerkship at the Berlin Court of Appeal, Eduardo Köwitz Arroyo completed, among other things, the civil court placement at the Berlin Regional Court and the lawyer placement at a law firm specializing in labor and family law. Throughout his traineeship, he also worked part-time at a law firm specializing in labor law.
