Daniel Fugmann

Daniel Fugmann was admitted to the Berlin Bar Association in 2025 and has since worked as an employed lawyer for JBB.
His work focuses on the database-supported enforcement of air passenger rights, particularly compensation claims under Regulation (EC) No. 261/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 February 2004.
