Marta Antochewicz has joined JBB as a lawyer in 2021. Specializing in Air Passenger Rights, her major focus lies on international private law issues within litigation procedures before German and Austrian courts.

Previously, Marta had worked as a lawyer for renowned law firms in Berlin and London in Banking litigation and Mergers and Acquisitions/Private Equity.

Marta Antochewicz studied German and Polish law at the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder), specializing in European law, private international law and European antitrust law.

During her legal clerkship at the Kammergericht Berlin, she worked at the federal department for foreign affairs, in Essen for a renowned restructuring law firm in banking litigation and in London for an international German law office in mergers and acquisitions/private equity.

During her studies, she worked for a renowned German law firm in the banking litigation department and for JBB in the air passenger rights department.
